Helping women build their strongest chapter.
Through science, psychology, and lived experience — informed guidance for the woman ready to become who she’s meant to be next.

There comes a moment in many women’s lives when they look in the mirror and wonder…
It may happen after divorce, during menopause, after the children leave home, following career changes — or simply when the woman you’ve spent decades becoming no longer feels aligned with the life you want to live.
I understand that feeling — not only as a therapist, but as a woman who has lived it.
For more than 25 years, I have dedicated my career to understanding what truly creates lasting transformation. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, psychotherapist, entrepreneur, fitness professional, and longevity specialist, I have helped thousands navigate life’s most challenging transitions while rebuilding healthier, more meaningful lives.
But the greatest transformation I have ever experienced was my own.
When life asked me to practice what I had taught for decades
Like many women, I spent years building what I believed would be my forever life. I built successful businesses. I devoted myself to my family. I raised two incredible children. I pursued excellence in my career while helping others overcome adversity and rediscover themselves.
Then life changed. Divorce forced me to face one of the most difficult seasons of my life. Along with the emotional pain came uncertainty, financial rebuilding, and the challenge of redefining my identity after decades of believing I knew exactly what my future would look like.
For the first time, I wasn’t simply helping someone else navigate change. I was living it. Everything I had spent my professional life teaching — resilience, emotional healing, behavior change, mindset, and personal growth — became the very tools I needed to rebuild my own life.
Why my approach is different
Too often, women are told to focus on only one part of their health. Lose weight. Balance your hormones. Think more positively. Exercise more.
But true transformation doesn’t happen in one area of your life. It happens when your mind, body, biology, and identity begin working together. That philosophy became the foundation for the REBUILD Method™.
Today, I integrate psychology, behavioral science, longevity medicine, metabolic health, strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization into one comprehensive framework designed specifically for women navigating midlife and beyond.
More than 25 years of clinical experience.

To help women remember who they are.
My mission isn’t simply to help women lose weight, balance hormones, or navigate difficult relationships. It’s to help them become physically stronger, emotionally resilient, metabolically healthier, more confident, and more purposeful.
Because the second half of life isn’t about trying to become the woman you once were. It’s about intentionally becoming the strongest version of the woman you’re meant to be.

A calm, private space to talk, and a clear direction.
Sessions take place in my Boca Raton office or by secure video. Most begin with a check-in on how you’ve been since we last met. From there, we focus on what matters most right now: a hard conversation coming up, a wave of grief, or a decision you’re weighing.
I’ll ask questions, offer perspective, and teach practical tools, such as ways to calm your nervous system, set a boundary, or respond differently in a difficult moment. You’ll usually leave with one or two things to try before we meet again.
Over time, the REBUILD Method™ keeps the bigger picture in view: your emotional well-being, your identity and confidence, your relationships, and the daily habits that support you.
