Coaching backed by clinical training
I’m a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, an IIN-certified Nutritional Health Coach, a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and a fitness instructor of more than 30 years. Coaching combines that training with the behavior-change skills of a licensed therapist, so new habits last.
What we work on
- Nutrition and sustainable eating habits
- Weight management and emotional eating
- Strength training and movement
- Sleep and stress management
- Energy and midlife health
- Routines that fit your schedule
How coaching works
We start with where you are: your health history, daily routine, and goals. Then we build a step-by-step plan, check in regularly, and adjust as you go. Coaching can be paired with therapy or nutrigenomics testing for a more complete picture.
Frequently asked questions
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy focuses on emotional and mental health. Coaching focuses on practical habits and goals around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. Many clients benefit from both.
Is coaching only about weight loss?
No. Many clients want more energy, better sleep, more strength, or a healthier relationship with food.
