I use an integrative approach, combining evidence-based psychotherapy with practical tools for stress, sleep, and overall wellbeing.
When individual therapy helps
Life changes don’t always arrive with a plan. Divorce, the end of a career, an empty house, a health diagnosis, or a sense that the life you built no longer fits can all leave you feeling unsteady. Therapy gives you a confidential place to make sense of what’s happening and decide what comes next.

How sessions work
We start by understanding where you are and what you want to change. Together we build a plan that may include talk therapy, nervous-system regulation, mindset work, and lifestyle changes that support your mental health. Sessions are in person in Boca Raton or by secure video anywhere in Florida.
Frequently asked questions
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals. Some clients come for a few months to work through a specific challenge; others prefer longer-term support. We review progress together regularly.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Therapy is confidential, with limited exceptions required by law, such as risk of serious harm. These are explained at your first session.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. You only need a sense that something isn’t working and a willingness to explore it.
